CASH BACK PROGRAM

As of January 1,2016 we will no longer accept any Gas Receipt for cash back our Alliance with Micro Energy Fuel Saver will allow you to save almost 20% on your fuel and you may purchase multiple units for the low cost of $399.00 plus HST for additional savings on other vehicles.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

These rules and regulations govern the relationship between Cachet Partners Group Inc.,( hereinafter Cachet) and its Valued Bundle User(s) with regards to its "Cash Back Program".

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

Cachet encourages frequent use of the "Cash Back Program" allowing Cachet to build a customer spending profile on each one of its Valued Bundle Users, based on individual purchases to identify gaps in the current bundle directory for ongoing product development efforts.

PROGRAM DURATION

This program shall have an indefinite term of validity. Nevertheless, said terms may be modified at any time in keeping with Cachet's sales policies. The information herein contained shall remain valid until rendered void by any further rules and regulations.

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

All those holding an Ultimate Bundle User(s) plan which includes Day to Day spending within the plan, with no remaining balance on their plan and have paid their annual dues up to date may participate in this program and claim up to $20,000 worth in receipts per calendar year (see reward cycle) with a maximum redemption back to the Value Bundle User(s) from Cachet of $1000.00 per year, per contract signed. Cachet reserves the right to increase or decrease this limit based on current promotional campaigns. Members on Custom Plans which include Day to Day spending within the plan, with no remaining balance on their plan and have paid their annual dues up to date may participate in this program and claim either $10,000 worth or $5,000 worth in receipts per calendar year (see reward cycle) depending on the level of Day to Day Savings within the Custom plan with a maximum redemption back to the Value Bundle User(s) from Cachet of $500.00 per year, per contract signed or $250.00 per year, per contract signed. Valued Bundle User(s) may consult Cachet customer service regarding his or her eligibility to participate in the 5% "Cash Back Program", their entitled maximum redemption and any terms and conditions restricting the usage of the program.

All those holding a Cachet plan with Day to Day spending included within the plan, who have financed on a plan with a minimum of 25% down on the package price and have paid their annual dues up to date may participate in this program and claim up to $5,000 worth in receipts per year (see reward cycle) with a maximum redemption back to the Member from Cachet of $250.00 per year, per contract signed. Cachet reserves the right to increase or decrease this limit based on current promotional campaigns.

All those holding a Cachet customized program not including Day to Day spending, are not eligible to participate in the "Cash Back Program", however upon request are able to upgrade their package to add Day to Day spending benefits and allow participation within the "Cash Back Program".

PROGRAM BENEFITS

Purchases made at eligible retailers (see eligible retailers) entail Cachet Valued Bundle User(s) to a cash back reward percentage rebate on the amount spent before applicable taxes on all said purchases made at home not including purchases made abroad. The member may receive certain promos offering additional cash-back percentages which Cachet may, at its own discretion, either add to, or eliminate from, the percentage amount, without having to give the member prior notice of such.

The maximum accumulated cash back rewards per contract is set at $1000.00 for Valued Bundle User(s) paid in full and $250.00 for Valued Bundle User(s) on financing, any excess over and above this amount shall be disregarded. Cachet reserves the rights to increase or decrease this limit based on other promotions.

The cash back rewards accumulated by each member shall be recorded on his or her account providing the member is up to date on the annual dues and is up to date on monthly payments if on financing. Cachet shall issue all cash back rewards in the form of a company cheque made out to the Primary User on the signed contract. Cash back rewards shall not be awarded to Additional User(s) on the plan unless special circumstances apply.

The member may request cash back rewards redemption cheques through our customer service department at any time providing the member is current on his or her payments and dues. Should the member remain in arrears on his or her account for a period of 30 days or more, no cash back rewards shall be exchanged until this situation is remedied. Should the member remain in arrears for a period of sixty days or more, or is subject to special payment arrangements, or whose account has been written off or restructured or provided with special payment options facilitated by Cachet in order to remedy such default, the participation in the cash back rewards program shall be removed from the contract and deem any cash back rewards promised to the member by Cachet Null and Void.

ELIGIBLE RETAILERS

An eligible retailer is any retailer that participates in a voucher exchange program that offers a valid company gift card for redemption at a future date. It is expressly understood that no-cash back rewards shall accrue on charges for purchases regarding memberships (including the Cachet Partners Group Inc., program), renewals or annual dues, commissions, taxes, interest, deposits, cash advances, casino and lottery payments, commercial purchases, tobacco, prescriptions, car repairs and maintenance and any and all current and existing vendor alliances already offering a discount to Cachet Valued Bundle User(s).

SUBMITTING YOUR RECEIPTS

Receipts eligible for 5% cash back rewards should be submitted to Cachet Partners Group Inc., through fax at 1-905-856-3220, emailed to customerservice@cachetpartnersgroup.ca or scanned and mailed to Cachet Partners Group Inc., at 7600 Highway 27 Unit 5A, Woodbridge Ontario L4H 0P8.

For the purpose of requesting cash back redemptions the amount due back to the primary member will be reimbursed in Canadian dollars via company cheque.

REWARD CYCLE

The reward cycle for the first year within the Cachet program starts on the date the contract is signed and ends at the end of that same calendar year. The rewards cycles after the first year of signing starts at the beginning of the calendar year (January, 1st) an close at the end of the calendar year (December, 31st ) of the same year.

ENTITLED REIMBURSEMENT

Eligible Valued Bundle User(s) are entitled to their maximum redemption each reward cycle, 5% "Cash Back Program" can only be claimed on eligible receipts that are dated and fall within the eligible reward cycle.

Once the full cost of the program has been reimbursed through the 5% "Cash Back Program" the member is no longer eligible to claim 5% Cash Back Rewards.

Cachet reserves the rights to review the member's balance of accumulated rewards at any time. The member's entitlement to the 'Cash Back Program" may be suspended if any discrepancy or anomaly is observed on the account until remedied to the satisfaction of the Valued Bundle User(s) and Cachet. Cachet reserves the rights to suspend member's use of this program pending abuse or fraudulent claims made, and reserve the rights to reinstate the rewards program after investigation and all issues have been remedied to the satisfaction of the Company and Valued Bundle User(s).

USAGE AND EXPIRY OF ACCUMULATED REWARDS

In the first year of the Cachet Program all eligible Valued Bundle User(s) can claim their maximum entitled rebate for eligible purchases made after the date on the original signed contract up until the end of that calendar year.

At the beginning of each reward cycle, Valued Bundle User(s) who do not submit and claim their maximum entitled rewards during the eligible period will forfeit their ability to do so and earn rewards on eligible purchases. Each eligible member is entitled to their maximum entitled reward redemption at the beginning of each year reward cycle. If maximum entitled benefits are not reached these rewards are not carried over to the next reward cycle.

AMENDMENTS TO THE PROGRAM

Cachet reserves the rights to amend at any time the rules and regulations governing this program, as well as its provisions, benefits, the terms of validity of Cash Back Rewards, maximum Cash Back Reward redemptions per year, as well as special offers. The member shall be informed of any amendments made to such program via the company's website http://cachetpartnersgroup.com/

CANCELING THE PROGRAM

Cachet reserves the right to terminate the Cash Back Rewards program at any time without notice. Should the member(s) not have redeemed his or her Cash Back Rewards in said period of time, the right to such shall be automatically extinguished and he or she shall not be able to claim against Cachet.
