Welcome to CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC. You have signed your Bundle Agreement and you acknowledge that you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions below.  Any questions with regards to these terms, contact customer service at 905 856 7000 or e mail us at customerservice@cachetpartnersgroup.ca. Cachet Partners Group Inc.  Inc. accepts no responsibility and/or liability for members’ actions, use and or purchase of products and services rendered through CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  itself or its AFFILIATES.  Please read through all the Terms carefully at your leisure. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cachet Partners Group Inc.

You’re accepting of this Agreement.
This is an Agreement between you and CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  INC. and governs your use of Cachet Partners Group Inc.  INC. Web site and its content (collectively the "Web Site"). Each time you use the Web Site you signify your acceptance and agreement, and the acceptance and agreement of any person you purport to represent (and for purposes of this Agreement, "person" includes natural persons and any type of incorporated or unincorporated entity), without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any person you purport to represent

No Professional Advice.
The Web Site is for convenience and informational purposes only. The Web Site is not intended to be a comprehensive or detailed statement concerning the matters addressed; design/development or any other kind of advice; or an offer to sell or buy any product or service. Permitted Users and Access.
The Web Site may not be used by persons in jurisdictions where access to or use of the Web Site or any part of it may be illegal or prohibited.

CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC. collects uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with Web Site Privacy Policy. By accepting this Agreement, and each time you use the Web Site, you consent to CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC’S collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Policy as it then reads without any further notice or any liability to you or any other person.

Other Sites.
For your convenience, the Web Site may include links to other Internet sites or resources and businesses operated by other persons (collectively "Other Sites"). Other Sites are independent CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  INC. has no responsibility or liability for or control over Other Sites, their business, goods, services, or content. Your use of Other Sites and your dealings with the owners or operators of Other Sites is at your own risk.

No Framing, Mirroring, Scraping, Data-Mining and Postings.
The framing, mirroring, scraping or data-mining of the Web Site or any of its content in any form and by any method is strictly prohibited. You may not use any collaborative browsing or display technologies in connection with your use of the Web Site or to post comments, communications, or any other data of any kind to or on the this or any other Web Site with the intention that such postings may be viewed by the general public or other website users.

Termination of this Agreement and the Web Site.
If you breach any provision of this Agreement and your Bundle Contract, you may no longer use the Web Site. CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC. may, at any time and for any reason and in its sole discretion, change, suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the Web Site or any part of it, or your permission to use the Web Site, without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. If this Agreement or your permission to use the Web Site is terminated by you or CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC. for any reason, then: (a) this Agreement will nevertheless continue to apply and be binding upon you in respect of your prior use of the Web Site.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
This Agreement, your use of the Web Site, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. Any dispute between Cachet Partners Group Inc.  Inc. and you or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Web Site, this Agreement or any related matters must be resolved before the Courts of the Province of Ontario sitting in the City of Mississauga, and you hereby irrevocably submit and at torn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of those Courts in respect of any such dispute or matter. Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from, connected with, or relating to your use of the Web Site, this Agreement, or any related matters must be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises, after which time the claim or cause of action is forever barred.

Disclaimer and Liability Exclusion.
CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE. YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, DURABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.   WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, CONNECTED WITH, OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE WEB SITE OR ITS AFFILIATES, BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON.

Any use of the trade-names, trade-marks, service-marks and logos displayed on the Web Site (collectively "Marks"), except as expressly provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited. Nothing appearing on the Web Site or elsewhere shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Marks.

Changes to this Agreement.
Cachet Partners Group Inc.  Inc. may, in its sole discretion, change, supplement or amend this Agreement as it relates to your future use of the Web Site from time to time, for any reason, and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. You may not change, supplement, or amend this Agreement in any manner.

Cachet Partners Group Inc.  INC. and its Affiliates.

All the participants listed in the directories or on Cachet Partners Group Inc.  INC. website are or were under contract with CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  INC. at the time of printing. Properties, products and services  are added, changed and deleted from the listings on an ongoing basis, and as such, are subject to change without notice.  The most up-to-date listings can be found online at the web address www.cachetpartnersgroup.ca. While CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  INC., are not responsible for participants that refuse to honor the program, we will make every effort to assist in resolving the problem.  The products and services listed in any directories or on the website above have been made available by the listed provider.  As such, CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC.  INC. has no control over the quality of the products or services rendered.  We shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, pricing matter or any other claim which may arise from the actions or omissions of any business, the employees of said business, or other individuals providing products or other related services referenced in your membership contract, any directories and membership kit.

(a) That Cachet Partners Group Inc.  is neither a principle nor an agent to any affiliates.

(b) The affiliates operate independently and Cachet Partners Group Inc. has no control over their business activities, style and products and will not be liable for acts of commission or omission on the part of any Affiliate in its dealing with Cachet Partners Group Inc.  Members’.

(c)That Cachet Partners Group Inc.  role is limited to negotiating set discounts and concessionary rates with the Affiliates on behalf of its Bundle Users.

Cachet Partners Group Inc. Products and The Bundle Directory.

Due to a shared market and fluctuating pricing, Cachet Partners Group Inc.  cannot always guarantee the lowest prices available. CACHET PARTNERS GROUP INC. products and services are provided through licensed affiliates and make every effort through our contract and/or affiliation with these companies to provide Members the benefit of exceptional quality, service and value for their money spent.  Making the buying experience as pleasant and satisfying as any consumer would expect. Additional terms regarding each affiliates products and services, can be found in the Access Area of our website at www.cachetpartnersgroup.comYou may also contact each affiliate and/or website  on your own for confirmation of terms provided.

a.) Bundle Directory.
 Bundle Users please be aware that the Bundle Directory is a bonus and/or addition to your current full Program, which includes:  Global Connections, Hot Stops, Travel Centre and Mortgages. Due to market conditions Cachet Partners Group Inc.  cannot guarantee a wholesale price.  A shared market between all suppliers and retailers continues to drive down pricing. The Bundle Directory is specifically designed to offer more choices, products and the possibility for additional savings to your predesigned and signed Bundle Program.   We make every effort to provide you the best value, service and quality for your money.
